If you would like to arrange an in-house USPAP seminar for staff appraisers, please call or e-mail and we can schedule either a full 15-hour course or a 7-hour update session for your company at your location.

Bill also has a 3-hour presentation designed for non-appraisers, such as loan coordinators, loan officers and other staff who engage appraisers and find themselves dealing with appraisal issues on a regular basis. This session will enable your staff to gain new efficiencies in ordering and processing appraisals and be more effective in dealing with the appraisers on your fee panel.
